We take a minimum of 3 references per person, which must include an employers, a bank a previous Landlord or a personal reference, we also take a copy of your passport.


Most Landlords will accept an offer close to the asking price and we are happy to negotiate for you.

We currently do not charge an admin fee, you will need to put down a £300 holding fee as a commitment to the property, this is deducted from the final amount, you will also need one month's rent in advance and six weeks deposit.


Your deposit will be held in one of the protected government schemes. You will be given a personal pin number as soon as the deposit is lodged.
