Being born in Southfields and having lived in the area myself for 21 years I feel we, at McKenzies, with our extensive knowledge of the area, can give you the best advice.

We will visit your home at a convenient time and run through the whole sale procedure with you. This includes obtaining a "Home Information Pack" so that you can legally market your home, to providing you with comparable properties in order to show you what your property is worth. We can supply you with details of surveyors, financial advisors and solicitors who may be able to help you with the sale of your property.

We will be your guide through the whole process, with updates and feedback from potential purchasers and will always book appointments with you, before showing any interested Client your property.

Once an offer is accepted by you, we will then need your solicitors details to provide to all parties and start the formal sale process.

Most sales, on average, will take between 2 - 3 months to finalise.
